Case Creation date/time stamp reporting within the Clearwell UI
Currently, there is no reporting capability within the user interface to show the creation date of each individual case. Our customers legal departments would benefit from having this added feature readily available within the current user interface.
Recommend is as follows:
- Under All Cases > Add a column called Creation Date/Time
- Under all Cases > Export: Enable report to include a column for the creation Date/Time.
This will meet the criteria for reporting case creation information on all cases
