Classification... where do I stop?
Using the classification selection in a Submit Incident form, if you don't know where the end of the subcategories are, you still get an arrow making it appear that there are more selections available.
I know what's shown isn't default, but even with the default if there are no more classifications to choose from, it still shows an arrow. We have included this on our end user form to assist with routing rules, but this will lead us to a lot of questions not only from technicians but from end users. Is there any way to get it to drop the last arrow if there are no more subcategories?
