Client pending restart notification

There should be something when users open the local client on the machine or machine attempts to upgrade and fails due to pending restart to notify a user.

In SEPM 12 we get this nice notification when we drill into the clients machine. But if user is installing a silent install they get no notification of this which causes repeat calls when doing a large scale upgrade that could be resolved by a simple reboot.

Please please please implement this.  I'm tired of the repeat e-mails that result from this.  Drives everyone in my workplace nuts.
