HOWTO16242 describes backing up the database in Enpoint Protection Small Business Edition 12.x

Please change all instances of "Symantec Protection Center" to "Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager" match what is actually occurring.

Also make a note that on 64-bit servers, the "Program Files" folder is actually "Program Files (x86)"
