Create anti-virus recovery disc from Endpoint

To create a SERT disc you have to logon to Symantec, give a key, download an iso, burn it to a disc, and add definitions or allow SERT to download them ( I have never been able to get the iso to see whether the program can update its own definitions),etc. What don't you understand about giving SEP the ability to burn a recovery disc? Somehow "clicking" [Burn a SERT disc] from the SEP interface seems quicker and much easier that all the steps outlined above.
P.S. I still don't have an iso to burn a SERT recovery disc! Thanks "Trey" and "Brian" for your non-help.

Nice idea but SERT disc may be the best option at this point
How To Use the Symantec Endpoint Recovery Tool with the Latest Virus Definitions
SEP Knowledge Base
Endpoint SWAT
Brian is correct, SERT is already available which is a WinPE bootable image with a scanner. It can either have the last definitions added manually, pulled down through the auto update, or use the SEP definition set already on the base disk
