Create an easy way to report Bugs to Symantec for accredited Technicans
it would be good if there is a ( easy to use) possibility to report bugs without opening a case and answering lots of questions.
This of course should be bound to some kind of certification or being a partner or something like this.
I am STS certified, Trainer for NetBackup, Trainer for Backup Exec and ASC for Data Protection and I am not aware of a possibility to report bugs without opening a case - wich also requires a serial number.
So being a Partner and holding the STS certification could be a requirement.
Some Bugs are just minor, wrong translations in Backup Exec, copy - paste mistakes in the documentation and so on.
So the interface should be fire and forget; just to let you know.
