When creating a Forum Discussion, it should offer all the forum discussion with a similar title that are solved or still open. Example I search the string “OWA 2003 no Button”, and did not got close to my solution, so I open a new forum discussion, my solution was describe in the https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/owa... the search did not return this vaule.
