On demand view of scan progress.

After we choose "Do not show scan progress", there is no way that a user can check the scan progress. It would he helpful if an on-demand view of scan progress is available.

opening the SEP UI, there is an indication of a scan is running. Clicking on the link opens the scan progress window.
