Deployment Scanner to check for trailing slash

if there is a trailing slash in the registry entry InstallPath it can cause issues. At least two in EV 8. Maybe the deployment scanner could check for that and notify the installer.
Location: HKLM/Wow6432Node/Software/KVS/Enterprise Vault/Install if 64 bit or HKLM/Software/KVS/Enterprise Vault/Install if 32 bit

that would be good to, like setting Best Practice keys. By Installer I meant the person installing the application. :)
