When selecting a report in SMP v7.1, it automatically runs. When trying to create a new report, this is very time consuming because everytime you save a change, the report runs. This is a big waste of time, plus, if I make a mistake in SQL, I lose the report and have to start all over - create a whole new report because the report may be stuck in a loop and never allow you to get to the edit screen again.

Hi Jsmith,

The SuppressReportAutorun functionality has been implemented on ITMS 7.5.

When SuppressReportAutorun is enabled and you open any report, the report does not run immediately. To see the results of the report, you must click Refresh.

SuppressReportAutorun is in the coresettings.config and must be set to 1.  This was added in 7.5.

We've actually moved on to a different product. ITMS v7.x was too much of a pain to manage, and required way too much hardware for what we wanted it to do.
