We have a requirement to create an encrypted consolidated monthly tape backup set of all of our servers for remote storage.  Under 2010 we could simply select the disk backup files associated with the Full Backup Set jobs and duplicate their contents to predefined tapes in a "Monthly Backup Set".  We have not been able to figure out how to created a consolidated tape backup set in 2012 and request this feature be added to the next revision.
