Email Notification - Job NOT running

I can get notifications when job runs, fails, but not when it fails to run at all. Thus I wait to see what comes to my iPhone...and eventually I find out job has not started...but a day has been wasted...would be nice to get an email if it did not start within a specified window.

I agree it would be very nice to get a notification of jobs that did not even run. I currently have to compare every job report to a spreadsheet of about one-hundred of jobs every day. We backup approx 160 servers. It takes about an hour to check and I am running through it very quickly.
Technically a highschool student could check it. However it's importance and accuracy are very important. When backing up your customers data, you can't afford to say, uhm, I am sorry, we didn't notice that that backup job didn't run and we can't restore your files for you.
