Dear All
One of my customer, one of the biggest hospital chain, requests a Backup Exec product improvement.
Product: Backup Exec 2012
Backup type: Exchange 2010
Issue: Poor incremental backup performance with GRT option selected.
Improvement needed: Enchanced incremental backup performance with GRT option selected.

Not only do I get poor performance I also get to enjoy a failed backup job on the 3rd incremental. I ended up disabling GRT until performance and reliablitlity improves. I was told by tech support that there is an issue with the Symantec product with it timing out and then they wanted to look at Disk I/O but I find it odd that the job only fails when GRT is enabled. When I disable it my jobs are quick and do not fail.
