Here's an idea.

We love the "Enable port scan detection" feature as it gives us a lot of useful information for analysis, however our users do not like the "meaningless" pop-ups.

I suggest to add a sub-feature of Firewall policy - Protection and Stealth - Enable port scan detection, let's call it "suppress notifications", which will continue logging the port scan events but will not display a notification window to an end-user.
