This is a request for an enhancement to the Responsibility by Department report in Compliance Accelerator.

The Responsibilty by Department report currently only includes "out of the box" roles.

 We have customized several department roles and therefore need a report that lists all department roles  for each user in each Department, not just the "out of the box" roles.

This is an audit requirement. 

The Effective Roles by User report includes custom roles so they must be available in one of the SQL tables.
