The file EXE4JLIB.JAR is identified as the Trojan Program that is used for stealing bank information and users passwords. I found this file in the folder C:\Users\Me\AppData\Local\Temp\e4jA968.tmp_dir24823. I am not able to delete this file. We are using Symantec Endpoint Protection software for Virus scanning. Presently this is not protected against this virus. Hope you take quick action. Thanks.

I also face the same issue, adding to Katpagan's point, Symantec does not delete that file even if a custom scan is run on that folder location. After lot of google, it was mentioned in one of the sites that this file is not harmful. However as stated by Katpagan, the activity of this file is concerning (Trojan Program - stealing bank information). Hence, would like the suporrt team to give a quick answer to us.

Thanks in advance!

As Mavern found, we (Chemical company) also believe that this is not a harmful one.

I completely restage my laptop, but this file came again to my system the very next day.

Thanks for sharing your findings. Thanks.
