Feature to disable Hyperlinks.

Hello,
A way to disable Hyperlink from the Symantec Endpoint Protection Security Software.
A rule which could assist Administrators, which could Disable hyperlinks in a junk/phishing email that has reached the user.
I am not aware of any Security Products or Mail gateway products that can disable the hyperlinks.
When enabling the feature in the Security, tags should be removed so the user doesn't just click it and they have to actually copy and paste the URL.
This Feature could be very useful in limiting the Spread of Virus.
We can try to avoid users clicking on links in their email.
Could such a Feature be a part of upcoming Products or Releases?

I like this idea but I'm not sure how it could be implimented, maybe on the call to the browser it could intercept the call and block it?
