Feature Request - Endpoint Encryption Device Control - Suspend Times

Could you please put in the functionality to change the suspend times that are currently in place to more suitable time frames as our customers are finding these to be very unhelpful?

I don't think, any confirmation is sent out whenever any idea is posted here....it is reviewed by Administrator and then approved. Depending upon the votes the users give, it may get into product.
I would suggest, also to open a case with technical support.

Correct, no confirmation is sent out. The quickest way is to open a case with support and submit an enhancement request.
