Ghost Exchange Mailboxes

We could use a fix for Ghost Exchange Mailboxes in Clearwell v.6.6 and beyond.  At this point, there is nothing on the road map to fix this issue.

When setting up Exchange collection tasks, Clearwell pulls up deleted Exchange mailboxes as though they are current mailboxes.  Collection is attempted and subsequently fails.
