Improve the process to move/change Endpoint Protection Manager Small Business Edition
I have followed what appears to be the proper procedure to change my Endpoint protection manager server to a new windows server, but there are still remnants of the old server in the management client. Apparently these remnants are not going to cause any conflicts, according to Symantec Support, but I would suggest that the process be improved upon.
The entire process of moving SEP to a new server was not very seamless and required too much manual effort through the Sylink replacer tool and other scripts. Anything that could be done to make this process less burden on a small business would be highly advised.
