When we are login the call threw web and set the priority as minor. No one can call till next day. That is not showing a good effect on customer. Minor not mean that issue is simple. Priority set as per the issue but customer want the resolution on same time. So try to improve from this level

I am not agree with your point. I have recived the call/email with in half an hour after raising the case.
