Increase NetBackup's maximum pathname length for Unix/Linux clients

NetBackup currently limits pathnames to 1023 characters (see http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO33684 ). The Linux 2.6 ext and GFS file systems implement a limit of 4095 characters (see kernel limits.h). Increase NetBackup's limits. Otherwise NetBackup won't be able to handle valid (but very long) pathnames.
