Create somewhere to subscribe to a known issues notification where you will be notified with known issues if it is a product you have or want to be notified about.  Right now, it takes so much time to search for the issue, call into support, hope they know of the issue.  If they don't know of the issue, you are stuck on hold for days waiting for either a response for a fix or for them to finally find the article listing it as a known issue or find someone that knows its a known issue but hasn't published anything on it.

This would be great.   How do we determine what faults have been raised and see an ETA for resolution?   It appears we simply make a post and hope someone who has submitted the issue/enhancement posts something confirming these details.  Or a Symantec employee

Enhancements could also benifit from multiple sources reviewing and commenting.   Some enhancements can be more restricting than the original design but how do we see these up and comming changes in order to provide feedback?

Jobby and Dan,

Great idea, and we are always looking to close the loop with known issues.

Support is always the best mechanism.  Involving the TSE team insures the nuances or detail that differs with the issue or setup you are having and using is accounted for in resolution.

Typically an article is created from most issues reported to support.  Eventually they are posted to the forums.  Existing issues can be found in the release notes.

I will convey this idea back to  the team :-)

Thank you
