A useful feature would be to provide links to previous (supported) versions of agents for a given release vehicle. For example, on the SORT VCS Agents page we have the link to the download and documentation for the most recent agent version, however, there may be previous releases of the agent that are still supported for a given release of VCS. Having a link to these releases and their associated documentation would be beneficial. The primary use case that I have for this is where a Customer deploys a new system that requires the Agent but has misplaced the Software and/or Documentation. The Customer goes to SORT. The Customer standard for existing systems is for a Version of the Agent that is prior to the Current Version on SORT and the appropriate version is not listed. A link is available that leads the Customer to a page with download for the Software and Documentation for a previous Version(s). The Customer downloads the appropriate Version.
