Location specific - Download-Insight and Symantec-Insight Policies

We need a feature that will enable us to create location specific policies in the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager for Download-Insight and Symantec-Insight features. It should allow us to enable or disable these features for a specific location created in the SEP Manager.

Not sure what you mean - Download Insight / Download Protection settings are being controlled from within Antivirus Policy and this can be specyfied independetly for each location or each group.
