At the moment, Non-Persistent VDI endpoints are identified by a reg key change that must be implemented on the source image as per the below article:

Please make the creation of this reg key a simple checkbox option within the Client Install Settings section, as many of us have historically had to create a specialised package for non-persistent VDI endpoints anyway.

To clarify, this is to make it easier for Admins to earmark which endpoints should use the separate purging thresholds for non-persistent VDI endpoints in the SEPM's config.
