Make SORT queries bookmarkable

When querying SORT about a specific requirement table the generated link
https://sort.symantec.com/checklist/install#report
does not contain the query and is therefore not bookmarkable or forwardable e.g. to another consultant. It would be nice if there were permalinks to checklists.
