Merge Workflow and ServiceDesk forums
After the merging of the Workflow and ServiceDesk sponsored groups (https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/com...), I think it would be a good idea to merge the forums for the two products on Connect.
- Workflow only users will see posts they care nothing about
- Might give the impression that you must own both products in order to get help (maybe, possibly)
- One stream of information in the forum section
- ServiceDesk only users may look at Workflow in a new light in regards to it's capabilities beyond SD
