It would be nice to be able to define custome fields at the case level

I.e. Attorney Names, Paralegal, etc and call these fields out when creating a litigation hold notice.

There are some built-in ones including {HOLDNAME}, but this would allow more customizable notices.

Additionally, HTML rich editor for notices to allow bold fonts and similar functionality and most importantly, a "PREVIEW" for notice senders.

Thanks.

Additional fields are planned to be added to the clearwell product in the next release.  These fields include: number, case caption, status, court/jurisdiction, docket number, filed, served, court date, close date, in-house counsel, outside counsel, lead attorney, lead paralegal, a general case notes section, and the ability to add custom case fields.

It would be great if you could track multiple ideas into separate posts so that people can vote on the individual idea.  Otherwise the voting count to the specific feature request mapping is lost.

Thanks!

I have the latest release 7.1.2 and the new fields can be added but they are not mail merge features in the custodian notices.   Will this be part of 7.1.3 coming out?

We're on 7.1.3 and do not have the mail merge functions tinak described. These would be EXTREMELY useful. Along with the custom fields mentioned above, the matter "description" field would also be useful to include.
