Powershell is what most companies use to automate tasks and at the moment the way to have Workflow create and execute a PowerShell script is tedious as you have to create the script, write it to a file then use the Execute and Wait component. Can Symantec please create some PowerShell components where we can have the script as the input and have it execute the command? Process automation is a key feature of Workflow and combined with PowerShell make it a very powerful tool.
