NBU/BE Virtual Appliance Availability

Can we have Virtual Appliances available in sort of VHD/OVF TEMPLATES for NetBackup and Backup Exec for Lab Purpose (If to be limited with Certified Partners)

Surely this is more trouble than its worth.
Not only would you have to deal with the OS license costs etc but both products are very easy to install for a lab environment. In fact installing in a lab environment should be a requirement for anyone that will use the product.
