Need 2 buttons on top, next to "View all jobs" as in previous ones

In the envirorment like we do, with more then 180 jobs, Its really difficult to know in a glance
about the jobs are running or on hold.
We expect a button or filter at very top, may be next to "view all jobs" to get view of all
the jobs which are running or on hold.
