No Ticket creation date in the Ticket Overview

Current behavior:

It is no Ticket creation date in the Ticket Overview

Expected behavior:

All relevant ticket information should be displayed on a Ticket Overview

Reasoning:

It is a import Ticket Information

I agree! I had thought it was there but looking again it is not.

Same vote up here, although I think you can easily add it yourself by modifying the process view page.
