Ops Center Alert Comment Section

OpsCenter Alerts Based on Status Code. For the status code alert section it would be awesome if you would add a comment section we could prefill comments in.  Below is an example of an email alert we receive for status code.  We would love a line for comments so we can fill them in prior to sending such as helpdesk open a ticket for.  As you can see from below we need to name the Alert Policy: with the instructions.  Thanks.

Hi,

Alert policy usually will be followed by alert policy name what we specified in the opscenter.Can u explain elaborately.

Hi,

 

We would like a comment field so we can tell the end-user who receives the alerts what to do with the alert.  Currently there is no comment field so we are using the Alert Policy field shown above to provide instructions for the end-user instead of using it as the alert policy name.  That clearer?  Thanks.
