Alternative Solution
Today Rob Wilcox posted his 400th Blog but if I check his profile only 20 latest blogs are listed on the page
also out of 22 Articles published by Rob only 15 latest articles are displayed. Is there any way to view all the
Blogs & Articles posted by an author if not then we should have this implemented.

I agree, there are often times that I would like to see *all* of a particular users "this" or "that" entries.
Not ideal I know, but in *this* instance you *could* search the whole site for "Wilcox" & then use the "Filter by type" & "Filter by Author" to restrict it to the 402 Blogs or 22 Articles that Rob has now written (sore fingers or what!):

As an alternate solution this looks fine but still it would be good to filter out and list all the blogs
and articles on the user profile page itself.
