Outlook instant search should look at content cache also, not just metadata cache

Right now, Outlook Instant Search only looks at Metadata Cache.
Outlook Instant search (The search function in Outlook that piggy backs off of Windows Desktop Search) 

needs to look at Item Content Cache as well as the Metadata Cache so that all messages searched for are displayed when we input the search parameters.”
