Packet Capture Button for SMG

It would be very useful to have a method to start/stop and download packet capture from the Symantec Messaging Gateway web interface. This could help customers to more eaily collect information for troubleshooting communications/network issues as well as help them to provide that information to Symantec support or other companies.
With other products like Symantec Web Gateway (5.1) that can do a packet capture from the UI it seems to be a logicall addtion for the Symantec Messaging Gateway.

Maybe. Which scanner? Any filtering options like specific source IP/CIDR blocks. Stop/starting. You then need to be able to move the pcap off the box to the user, to symantec.
Is this really easier than enabling Support and doing tcpdump?
I do have some empathy based on some of the forum issues. Many newbies & non-technical folks get SMG dropped into their laps.
Having filter options for ports/IPs etc would be great if the devs would want to put them in, but just the functionality to just click to collect this data could potentialy save a lot of time, frustration, confusion and in some cases fear/intimidation of the command line that some customers have.
Diagnostic packages have a folder for packet captures, so the underlying infrastructure for gathering it is there. This would provide an easier to use interface for less experienced users of our product.
