Parent job should not be considered when calculating number of data streams to disk pools

When running jobs, such as DB2, Oracle, VADP, the number of data streams currently calucates into the equation the parent job as an active data stream even though it's not backing up any data.

I think that only active jobs that are going to be actively writing data be used to calculate the number of active data streams.  There are ways around this for Oracle and DB2, but there are no ways to trick the VADP backups except increase the number of allowed data streams to an extraordinarily large number.
