It would be great if a Patch/Procedure Document could be released which would update the Pre-OS template from WinPE2.0 to WinPE3.0 . This inturn will prove helpful in handling USB3.0 related issues as for almost all of them, we only have Windows 7 version of drivers available and not for Vista.
