Please change Chat with Support on my support to use chat to submit a ticket

This is so misleading and I bet the poor employees you have running this part of your site are very frustrated as your suggesting that when I click that button I will be chatting with support. Instead it takes me 3 lines of text in explaining my problem before they start asking me for what is in the form which I could have filled out already. The worst part is if I get distracted for 5 minutes the chat times out but the form doesn't. Please fix this or just remove the feature.
