Please include this hotfix in PMImport

Hi folks@symantec,
We are interested in pushing out a particular Microsoft hotfix across our webfarm. This hotfix is not found in Symantec Patch Management's list of updates, and I was told by support that I would have to request it here. We do not have the licensing for software delivery.
Would it be possible for you guys to package up and publish the following? (I had to call Microsoft for the download link.) It's about fixing a bug in .NET 4.0's garage collector

Hi Antonio,
Microsoft doesn’t provide public downloads for this update requiring each customer to contact Microsoft support individually to obtain the hotfix, so this patch is not supported by Patch Management Solution. We are unable to support updates that cannot be downloaded in an automated manner and ones with installations that require manually installations.
