What version of Patch Management Solution are you using?
In case if 7.1 SP1 or greater, then these KBs should be available in Patch Data 7.1.384:

- KB2798897 (rvkroots.exe) is available as part of bulletin MS13-A01
- KB2677070 is available as part of MSWU-629
