Hi dmcbride,
Could you please clarify what version of Patch Management Solution you are using?
As I see these updates are included to Patch Data 7.1.372 that is used by Patch Management Solution 7.1 SP1a and greater.

We are using Patch Management solution v. 6.2.3644 with Notification server 6.0.6074 (SP3 + R13).

Patch Management Solution 6.2 uses Patch Data 6.x. It looks like KB2667402 from MS12-020 is actually included to patch data 6.x:
Regarding other updates from the list - they are non-security. Please be aware that non-security updates are not included to 6.x & 7.0 patch data.
