Please resolve the issues with remote printing on 64bit hosts.   Currently it is dificult to purchase 32bit windows 7 machines they are mostly coming with 64bit windows 7.   When small offices are needing to print reports out of quick books for tax purposes it is very difficult to do when the remote printing feature doesn't work.

Please resolve the issue of remote printing on 64 bit hosts. Clients have been using PC Anywhere for this specific purpose. If the issue is not resolved we have no choice but to move to a different application.

If Symantec can't resolve the 64 bit remote printing in PcAnywhere the  product will have no value to us. We have been using PcAnywhere for years for remote support and don't want to go through the process of finding another product that will perform similar to PcAnywhere

Please resolve this remote printing problem. We have been using PCAnywhere for years and would hate to have to switch to another product due to this issue.

The KB has been updated.

"Symantec is aware of this limitation and has no plans to address this at this time."

I would really like to see this fixed, as it really is getting harder and harder to find a 32 bit version of any operating system..
