Could we have Product KnowledgeBase and IDEA's Link within the SEPM 12.1 product.

Similar to SEP client's "Submit Product Suggestions"

and

Similar to the Backup Exec Console "Search Knowledgebase"

This would assist Administrator for Troubleshooting the issues faster.
