Replace Sylink.xml by doing right click on client

Hi,
It would be great feature if we could replace sylink.xml by right clicking on computer through SEPM console.
Screenshot is attach to show where we can add this option.
If we could add this option under run command on clients will be more useful for administrator to restore client communication with SEPM.

If clients aren't able to communicate with the SEPM, they'd never get the command.
Commands are passed to the client by way of a policy change (basically). The client uploads its logs to the SEPM, then asks "do you have anything for me?" The SEPM then directs the client to a specific URL in IIS (or Apache in SEP 12), where the client downloads the policy and processes it.
If a client can't check into the SEPM, it wouldn't know there's a new sylink.xml file to download.
Hi am new to symantec and want to know how sylink works?
