Reports for clients who dont connect to Management Server
In our enterprise, we have about 17000 SEP clients. I have defined that clients updade in Management server OR directely in Symantec LiveUpdate Server. Other way to go directely to Symantec LiveUpdate Server is when clients cannot connect to management server (ex, when client are at home, away from enterprise network). As admin, i need a report to know how many clients, what clients and when, are updating in Symantec LiveUpdate Server. We have cases that clients can connect to management server only one time. May i get reports of updates from that clients?
