The "Resolve/Close Multiple Incidents" Workflow shows already closed tickets

Current behavior:

There are all included with the ticket search text displayed
There also appear already all closed tickets

Expected behavior:

It only makes sense to have all the closing show tickets

Reasoning:

Only open tickets should be available for selection.
