Retry failed jobs

When you have a job that fails and you retry it you should be given the option to either retry the whole job or just he failed or incomplete part.
Forcing you to back up a whole server that has fialed rather than just the single drive is really annoying given the size and time required for some backups to complete.

Another defintion issue?
Perhaps backup jobs that write any data at all to backup media shouldn't be considered "failed" but "completed with exceptions" or some similar status. This is similar to the "open PST file causing a failure" issue.
But maybe there should be some way to automatically make a selection list out of the "failed" parts of such a job. "Complete job now....?"
