I want to be able to use some of the graphical reports, but since I cannot scale the Y-axis, they are absolutely useless.  There is not enough variance in our data to make the points look like anything more than just straight lines (see attachment).  I currently have to export the chart table to Excel and manually create a chart in order to create something presentable.

If I could scale the Y-axis to only show 95% and up, these reports would actually be usable.
